Our Mission

Recognizing the special vulnerability of children, the mission of the Human Response Network is to better the lives of all the people in Trinity County through advocacy, education, and programs that promote personal empowerment, peaceful coexistence, mutual respect, and access to needed services.

The Human Response Network is a private nonprofit agency that serves all the residents of Trinity County.

The Human Response Network is a non-profit agency that relies on public support in order to provide meaningful community programs. All donations are tax deductible.

The Human Response Network is accepting applications for its $500 annual scholarship until April 6, 2012. 

The scholarship is offered to high school senior, continuing education and re-entry students who are pursuing a career in early childhood education or social services.  Applications are available in the Financial Aid offices of your local high school or college and job resource centers.

Original applications must be submitted to HRN, P.O. Box 2370, Weaverville, CA 96093 or you can drop them off at the HRN office at 111 Mountain View St., Weaverville, or the  HRN satellite office at the Hayfork Community Center on Tule Creek Rd. 

Applications are due April 6, 2012 by 4:00 pm.   For more information or to request that an application be mailed to you call the Human Response Network at (530) 623-2024 or 1-800-358-5251.
